There is a distinct difference between the output of individuals and that of an efficient team, both from the amount of stress that an individual can suffer if they are trying to work alone, rather than spread responsibilities across a team. Understanding the concept of teamwork and how to have a successful team, are important but bringing people together to achieve goals is a skill that needs to be worked on. This short course will give you the basics on which to work at creating teamwork.

1. We look at what teamwork is and the benefits of having it.

2. We offer a four-step process to being a part of an effective team

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
