When you want to purchase set titles for individuals:
- If the course(s) are for the person ordering we will assign them when we receive your order, and you will receive a message directly from the system giving you instructions on how to proceed.
- If it is not for that person, or for multiple people, you will see a spreadsheet when you order, asking for the first name, last name, email address and the title of the course(s) that they are to take
- Once you have returned the spreadsheet, we will assign the courses and they will receive a message as above.
If you are purchasing credits for your existing LMS, once payment is received (either by paying via this site, or by requesting to pay by BACS), we will add them to your account.
If you are purchasing credits with a new LMS, once payment is received, we will send you a list of questions as to how you want your system set up. Once these are answered and payment received (either by paying via this site, or by requesting to pay by BACS), we will populate your new LMS, add the credits and set you up to use it. We will send you our comprehensive User Manual and, if you need it, deliver some training for you.
