A 10 minute Bite-Sized Personal Development Course

In any organisation, a person is likely to be involved with problems and so solving them can take up part of their work day.  Generating solutions is essential as managers do not want the problem, they want the possible solution. Whilst problem solving comes naturally to some, others need to remind themselves of the best practices surrounding it.

Problem Solving Course Content

1. Identifying exactly what the problem is, is a first step into solving it. We look at what problem solving is, the importance of using it and why it’s an important skill to develop.
2. In this section, we guide learners through our four-step problem solving process known as “ICED”, which will help to correctly identify problems and create effective and practical solutions.

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
