Onboarding

Duration: 35 Minutes

The course is designed for managers who are responsible for helping new starters on board, understanding the organisation’s culture and to get them working effectively as quickly as possible. Without a process to do this, people can flounder and not be as efficient as they could and so it is a managers job to ensure that they get the best start in their job.

Onboarding Course Content

1. We look at what Onboarding is, why it is important and what it should cover

2. This section will give you a clear idea of the various stages that you should plan to have to successfully onboard a new starter.

3. After you have carried out a successful Onboarding, you need to follow it up and so this section covers reviews and check-ins.

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
