GDPR Refresher
Duration 35 minutes
This course is for anyone who has undertaken a full GDPR course and will give them all of the information that they had when they took the course but also a number of new legislative changes. As part of this training, there will be a recap of personal data, the principles of data protection and the importance of integrity and confidentiality.
GDPR Refresher Course Content
- GDPR is there to prevent personal information being misused or given out to persons who should not have it. This section covers what is personal data and how it can and cannot be used.
- There are strict rules about how personal data can be used and they must be followed as, if they are not, there are hefty fines. This section covers the rules and should be read in conjunction with your organisation’s own policies and procedures.
- This section looks at how your organisation can safeguard information and protect it from accidental or deliberate loss, destruction or damage.
Test & Certificate
There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.

Having your own Learning Management System allows you complete control over your e-learning and for larger orders we can provide you with your own platform, free-of-charge.
If you wish to, you can order the number of credits that you first want (10 credits = one course for one person) and when you check out, tell us that you want a new LMS – which we would suggest you should do if you want more than 15 courses.
To initiate your system we will need some information from you as to how you want your portal set up, so we will be in touch as soon as you order. We will then tailor the LMS, add the credits, send you a very comprehensive User Guide and launch your platform.
Whilst we don’t offer an actual training course on how to use the LMS, it is very simple to use and we are always here to help you should you require it.

Courses are purchased in blocks of 10 credits (10 credits = 1 course for one person). The cost of a course is therefore 10 times the price of a credit. VAT is payable on all purchases.
