Compressed Air Safety

The use of compressed air can be a very dangerous activity and so knowing exactly what it is, why it’s used and the dangers that it poses, is essential to protect employees who use the equipment. This includes such things as pressurised air escape which can be at high speed and maybe at a high temperature.

This includes being able to identify the key components of a compressed air system and the tools and equipment that use compressed air.

Compressed Air Safety Course Content

1. In the first section, we look at what compressed air is, how it can be used and when it can be dangerous.
2. Looking at the five key parts to a compressed air system and how they work.
3. The final section is all about the best way to manage the risks of working with compressed air.

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
