There are thousands of ISO Standards that aim to achieve best practice in most areas of business, to ensure that an organisation if following the best practice available, across the world.

However, it can initially seem to be really complicated and can often put people off.

So, we have designed this course for people who are thinking about ISO certification and need to know more. It will cover all about ISO, the Standards, and what is involved in actually introducing them onto an organisation.

An Introduction to ISO Certification Course Content

1. In the first section we cover who the International Organisation for Standardisation are, what they do and the benefits to an organisation of Certification.
2. The second section will look at how ISO Certification is achieved using management systems, reporting and audits.

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
