Returning to Work

There are many reasons why an employee may have had a period of time off work, usually due to ill-health. Whatever the reason, the thought of returning for some may feel overwhelming or daunting. They may be excited about seeing their work colleagues again and picking up from where they left off but on the other hand, some may be concerned or worried about doing so particularly if they suffer from anxiety or other mental health problems. Giving a person the confidence to return to work is best for both employees and employers.
Return to Work Course Content
This course looks at what both an employer and employee can do to help a returner get back into their job as smoothly as possible. We will cover things like adapting to change, SMART goals, being prepared, the return to work interview, mindfulness and policies and procedures for managers to consider in an interview.
Test & Certificate
There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.

Having your own Learning Management System allows you complete control over your e-learning and for larger orders we can provide you with your own platform, free-of-charge.
If you wish to, you can order the number of credits that you first want (10 credits = one course for one person) and when you check out, tell us that you want a new LMS – which we would suggest you should do if you want more than 15 courses.
To initiate your system we will need some information from you as to how you want your portal set up, so we will be in touch as soon as you order. We will then tailor the LMS, add the credits, send you a very comprehensive User Guide and launch your platform.
Whilst we don’t offer an actual training course on how to use the LMS, it is very simple to use and we are always here to help you should you require it.

Courses are purchased in blocks of 10 credits (10 credits = 1 course for one person). The cost of a course is therefore 10 times the price of a credit. VAT is payable on all purchases.
