Aggression and violence must be handled carefully so that situations do not escalate and this course is designed to equip anyone facing such a situation with the knowledge and skills to manage it safely. Defusing this behaviour is important for anyone facing it and understanding how to effectively defuse it, is vitally important.

1. The definitions of aggression and violence and who it might affect.

2. We look at the law surrounding such behaviour and the responsibilities of employees.

3. We offer a step-by-step plan of how to manage such behaviour

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
