Our ‘mindset’ affects how we approach almost everything in life and it shapes our attitude towards success, failure and personal development. By adopting a growth in our mindset, we can boost you self-esteem, be encouraged to tackle challenges head-on, and help us to live happier and more fulfilling life.  

The idea of a growth mindset has, in recent years, gathered interest and this course is a perfect introduction for people who want to transform the way they approach their personal development and ultimately, their life.

Growth Mindset Course Content

1. In the first section we look at the range of different mindsets that exist as well as what our learning and performance zones might be.
2. In the last section, we give you some suggested actions that you can take to develop your growth mindset.

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
