New members of staff, or people who have been promoted or their role has changed, need guidance in order that they hit the ground running. Otherwise, they will struggle and this affects both their performance and that of the organisation. This course is for anyone who is in the position of giving help to such people and will ensure that they do it in the right manner and effectively.

1. We take a look at the definitions of “coaching” and “mentoring”, their benefits, and how they differ from each other.
2. This section will give you ideas about the skills required and the effective application of them
Test & Certificate
There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.

Having your own Learning Management System allows you complete control over your e-learning and for larger orders we can provide you with your own platform, free-of-charge.
If you wish to, you can order the number of credits that you first want (10 credits = one course for one person) and when you check out, tell us that you want a new LMS – which we would suggest you should do if you want more than 15 courses.
To initiate your system we will need some information from you as to how you want your portal set up, so we will be in touch as soon as you order. We will then tailor the LMS, add the credits, send you a very comprehensive User Guide and launch your platform.
Whilst we don’t offer an actual training course on how to use the LMS, it is very simple to use and we are always here to help you should you require it.

Courses are purchased in blocks of 10 credits (10 credits = 1 course for one person). The cost of a course is therefore 10 times the price of a credit. VAT is payable on all purchases.
