This Anti-Tax Evasion programme has been designed for any employee in any industry sector and is based on the fundamental areas of the Criminal Finances Act 2017 which targets money laundering and tax evasion.

• What tax evasion is
• Understand the fundamental areas of the Criminal Finances Act
• Understand employer and employee responsibilities under the Act and the corporate offences that now exist
• Know how to identify and prevent tax evasion

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
