Give 100 people the same image and set of facts and you will probably receive 100 different interpretations! 

Each of us is unique and different from one another but, for society to function successfully, we  have to work, live, and exist side by side – and in harmony.  

Despite the fact that human beings are somewhat complicated we all have unique thoughts, feelings, connection, and behaviours that make up our personality. And to get the best out of people, we need to understand what a person’s personality is and how we should treat them.

Understanding Personality Types Course Content

1. In the opening section we take look into what is meant by personality and personality types.
2. In the second section, we break down the four different personality types, understand what each means and how we might conduct a personality test.

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
