This short course is designed to help managers to help their teams effectively through a transition process and particularly how to handle resistance.

The one section  looks at what change is, why some people resist it, a managers role in managing change and how to manage effectively a transition process.

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
