Managing a Remote Team (Text Based Course)

The combination of expensive offices, affordable enabling technology and Covid has given rise to the remote working revolution.

It is a manager’s responsibility to enable their team to work to the best of their ability wherever they may be.  This course looks at the responsibilities of a manager, how to build structure and trust, promoting effective communication, and a number of other important areas surrounding managing a remote team

Managing a Remote Team Course Content

1. This section looks at how remote teams have come to existence.
2. We cover at the crucial things a manager of a remote team must do in order to adapt to the challenges that it presents.
3. In this section we look at why the goal of any manager should be used to boost an employee’s confidence and trust.
4. The final section will cover a managers responsibility to ensure that provisions are made to provide the remote worker with all the resources, equipment and support that they need to perform their roles effectively.

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
