The course is designed for all employees across any industry sector to gain a better understanding of menopause, what adjustments can be made to support those menopausal employees, and how they can offer that support.

Whether you are an employer, a colleague, a family member or friend, or someone experiencing the menopause – this course keeps things simple and equips users with the information, guidance and confidence needed.

Menopause Awareness Course Content

1. In the opening section of this course, we look at what menopause is, an employers responsibilities, the menopause cycle and its symptoms and what adjustments can be made to support menopausal staff.
2. In the other section we look at how organisations can take action to better support menopausal employees, including information on medical treatments and advice for managing symptoms

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
