Client satisfaction
There are no long term contracts. If you feel that we have not added value to your business at the end of the year you are entitled to terminate that support arrangement. Of course, we hope this never is the case (and our long-term clients prove that it isn’t) and would always invite you to discuss matters with us to see if we can adapt your contract to resolve any issues at the earliest opportunity. There is no one-size-fits-all style of contract, and it is important to us that you are happy with everything.
In person training
The majority of our training is delivered virtually as e-learning courses but there are a few Health and Safety courses that we offer in the classroom. These include topics such as:
- First Aid (one or three day and refreshers)
- Manual Handling (all aspects, including moving and handling of people)
- Fire Safety (including Fire Warden, Fire Marshal and extinguishers)
- Working at Height (all aspects, including ladders, towers and MEWPs)
