A 10 minute Bite Sized Personal development Course
Communication is a two-way affair – we have to listen even more than we talk! Good listening plays a vital role in our day-to-day lives because it allows us to understand and be empathetic with people and it helps us to reach out and connect with them.
However, whilst modern technology and remote and hybrid work has made it easier for us to communicate with each other, it has diminished the need to listen and so our communication may become less meaningful.
Ultimately, improving communication skills is always be beneficial and for us to build meaningful relationships, it is essential.
- In this first section, we will be looking at why active listening is important and what it actually is.
- This final section will look at how we can improve our listening skills by applying various techniques
Test & Certificate
There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.

If you wish to, you can order the number of credits that you first want (10 credits = one course for one person) and when you check out, tell us that you want a new LMS – which we would suggest you should do if you want more than 15 courses.
To initiate your system we will need some information from you as to how you want your portal set up, so we will be in touch as soon as you order. We will then tailor the LMS, add the credits, send you a very comprehensive User Guide and launch your platform.
Whilst we don’t offer an actual training course on how to use the LMS, it is very simple to use and we are always here to help you should you require it.

Courses are purchased in blocks of 10 credits (10 credits = 1 course for one person). The cost of a course is therefore 10 times the price of a credit. VAT is payable on all purchases.
