HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System) Level 3
Duration 145 minutes
Designed for supervisors, managers and owners, this course adds to the Level 2 course by providing more detail. It is the level 2 course with additions and so it would be sensible to choose the right course for the right level of person, rather than have them undertake the Level 2 and then have to repeat a lot of it in this course.
HACCP Level 3 Course Content
- The first section covers what HACCP is, the Law and how contamination can happen
- This section looks at cleaning, hygiene, labelling, waste disposal and pest control.
- There are 12 steps to achieve a successful HACCP level and this section goes through them one-by-one
Test & Certificate
There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.

Having your own Learning Management System allows you complete control over your e-learning and for larger orders we can provide you with your own platform, free-of-charge.
If you wish to, you can order the number of credits that you first want (10 credits = one course for one person) and when you check out, tell us that you want a new LMS – which we would suggest you should do if you want more than 15 courses.
To initiate your system we will need some information from you as to how you want your portal set up, so we will be in touch as soon as you order. We will then tailor the LMS, add the credits, send you a very comprehensive User Guide and launch your platform.
Whilst we don’t offer an actual training course on how to use the LMS, it is very simple to use and we are always here to help you should you require it.

Courses are purchased in blocks of 10 credits (10 credits = 1 course for one person). The cost of a course is therefore 10 times the price of a credit. VAT is payable on all purchases.
