- This option allows you to purchase identified courses for individuals, rather than by buying bundles of credits (note – if you are purchasing more than a few courses, we would suggest that you contact us in advance so that we can set you up in the best way possible).
- Please go to the relevant Industry sector below (the courses titles do load slowly), chose a subject and hit it to open a new page which brings you to a Cart where you can order the number that you require by going to the blue button on the left.
- You can repeat this procedure for as many titles as you need and they will be added to your Cart.
- Once you have finished, go to your Cart, check what you have ordered and Proceed to Checkout where you will complete your details.
- When we receive payment (either by paying via this site, or by requesting to pay by BACS) you’ll be emailed to ask for the learner(s) first name, last name, email address and the title of the course(s) that they want*.
- Once you have given us these details, we will then assign the courses through the system and your people will get a message directly from it, giving them instructions on how to proceed.

*e-Learning data retention – our platform stores the email address and first and last names only, of all learners who are registered on it. This information is solely used for the system to communicate with the learner through automated emails (such as a welcome one, or one requesting them to complete their course) and for their name to appear on any certificate. These email messages are not generated by us and we do not use the addresses of learners for any other purpose.
The information stays on the system for at least 6 years as this timeframe is required if copies of certificates are needed.
Where a person is given Administration rights, their details (as above) are used by us additionally, to communicate with them for the purposes of informing them of anything pertinent regarding the use of the system.
