People are motivated by recognition – a small ‘thank-you’ can go a long way.  But some managers just don’t realise that recognising value, has a really positive effect in terms of employee engagement, productivity and retention.

This short course is designed to give managers ideas to help them with practical ideas that will have an immediate effect on their teams.

Recognising the Value of Your Team Course Content

1. The first section looks at why recognising the value of your team is important and how it can be simply achieved.
2. The final section covers how to increase motivation through recognising individual efforts, collecting feedback, peer recognition and fairness.

Test & Certificate

There will be one or two questions in between sections which are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum engagement but do not count towards the final test. This test usually has around 20 multiple choice questions and when passed, a printable certificate can be downloaded.
