Weston homes have been working with Helmsman Services since December 2005. Jane Falzon, Head of HR explained, 'We outsource to Helmsman our training administration, booking and CITB claim administration. The advantage of outsourcing these services to Helmsman Services is three fold: firstly we benefit from their expertise in training and development providers, secondly we benefit from their ability to purchase courses at much more lucrative prices than we can and thirdly, Helmsman administer our CITB reclaim. Since they have been providing us with this service the reclaim obtained has increased by at least 25%.'
