Training Administration
Taking time-consuming administration out of your hands
We can manage and administer all or part of your training requirements. We will ensure that every detail of the administration is correctly attended to and that all records are kept up to date and accurate. Our administration systems are effective and reliable and will provide booking forms, confirmations and joining instructions. We will also provide all necessary course paperwork, including signing-in sheets, delegate lists, evaluations and certificates.
Ensuring effective evaluation of training delivery
We will obtain and collate all information from the evaluations from the training sessions, work out ratings and feed back to the suppliers and yourselves. You will receive monthly reports on a range of aspects relating to the training undertaken and our administration system will keep full records of all staff and the training courses they have attended.
- We will organise training providers to deliver courses, including negotiating good rates, agreeing course dates and venue costs and confirming terms of business.
- We will update and maintain annual company and individuals training records, which can be sent to you electronically at the touch of a button.
