Whether you have staff to deal with the management of training, or not, there will always be a time when they become too busy to organise initiatives. Putting together a large training roll-out, or sourcing suppliers for even smaller programmes, can take an inordinate amount of time.

Helmsman can take away all of that by dealing with the whole project from start to finish, or merely part of it. We can identify needs, design programmes, source suppliers, deal with the administration and evaluation and, basically, do everything for you - whilst you remain in control. However, if it is just a part of the process, we are flexible enough to be able to do for you what you want.
