Investors in People (IiP)

IiP has proved to be a framework that improves business performance and with over 30,000 recognised organisations in the UK and a 90% retention rate, the IiP standard is highly rated and beneficial to a wide range of organisations.

At Helmsman we have the expertise to guide organisations through the IiP accreditation process and have helped over 20 organisations achieve the Standard. We therefore have experience of doing this with many organisations, from a variety of industries and they have all benefited greatly from the process.
